An ancient meditation, made accessible for today

The Meditation on Twin Hearts is a loving-kindness meditation rooted in ancient contemplative traditions and modernised and systematised by GrandMaster Choa Kok Sui, founder of Modern Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga.

It is a 21-minute guided meditation designed to be practised safely and effectively by people living ordinary modern lives — without religious belief, retreat conditions, or prior experience.
The meditation gently combines inner regulation with outward service, allowing practitioners to cultivate peace, clarity, and goodwill while blessing the earth with harmony and loving-kindness.

Today, the Meditation on Twin Hearts is practised by millions of people worldwide as a simple, repeatable practice of inner cultivation.

Practiced regularly, the Twin Hearts Meditation helps to cultivate an open heart, inner steadiness and clarity.

A calmer nervous system
Reduced stress and anxiety
Greater emotional balance and mental clarity
Increased feelings of peace, gratitude, and goodwill
A sense of being energetically “cleansed” or refreshed

What this meditation supports

People commonly experience:

Many describe it as an “energetic shower” in other words a way to gently clear accumulated mental and emotional residue.

How it works

The term Twin Hearts refers to two centres of awareness:

The heart centre, associated with compassion, emotional intelligence, & kindness

The crown centre, associated with clarity, insight, and higher perspective

This order is intentional: clarity is stabilised through compassion, not bypassed.
Through this process, practitioners often report feeling more grounded and more spacious at the same time.

The meditation activates the heart first, then the crown.

Benefits in relationships, family, and work

Because the practice refines emotional responses and perspective, people often notice changes beyond meditation itself:

Improved self-esteem and inner confidence
Greater tolerance and patience with others
Improved relationships at home and at work
Clearer decision-making under pressure
Increased satisfaction and sense of alignment

The meditation also allows practitioners to set intentions and offer goodwill toward loved ones, situations, and environments — without emotional over-involvement.

The practice of giving in order to receive.

An essential aspect of the Meditation on Twin Hearts is to restore a sense of balance and harmony within while also meditating on restoring peace on earth and a sense of oneness.

By offering a moment to direct loving-kindness where there is suffering, participants feel a sense of renewed hope. A quietly powerful way to contribute to elevate consciousness on the planet and spiritual service.

Practised in a group, this effect is

naturally amplified.
