I believe that life is always on our side and that our challenges are growth opportunities to help crack our hearts open, to rise out of the illusions of separation, unworthiness, shame, self criticism to find our light, our power and to contribute our gifts.

Many moons ago, after years studying finance and economics to walk the golden road to success, I found myself hitting the dark night of the soul. Burnt out and lost, I quit my highly revered job in finance to follow my heart and return to the truth of my being.
I followed the mysterious thread of my soul's song to find out what truly lit me up and gave me a sense of purpose. I healed my relationship to myself, rewired my subconscious and opened to love. I trained extensively in several healing modalities and dived into ancient wisdom and spiritual laws with devotion.
